Machine Foundation/Production line installation
We have extensive expertise in the layout and installation of foundations for stamping presses and molding presses and have installed machining centers with a total of 32 anchors embedded in the concrete. We provide laser layout, foundations and rigging services for production lines 200 feet in length. All work areas are completely isolated for safety and not to disrupt adjacent adjacent production lines.
Structural Steel Installation/Building Modifications
Alteration of existing buildings to accomodate oversize machine installations and expanded production lines. This includes but is not limited to the following: Installation of overhead doors in existing masonry walls building column removal, Truss reinforcement, Penthouse installation to increase ceiling heights, removal and replacement of existing slabs with reinforced thickended concrete slabs, addition of loading docks with retaining walls and dock levelers, and interior receiving areas serviced by wireless high speed doors.
General Construction Services
Remodeling of existing buildings to accommodate new uses by altering the layout through new additions and restructuring of the existing. We work closely with the architects and engineers throughout the design phase to keep the project within budget. Once the design is settled and the budget identified we assemble the necessary subcontractors coordinate our own staff and keep communication open to adjust quickly to any changes should they arise so we can seamlessly incorporate them into the project while maintaining scheduling goals.
